Hello new customer! We can’t wait to welcome your pet into the Hafod Y Bryn family for their stay with us! Before your pets stay, please fill in our New Customer form. Please email this back to us at least 24 hours before your pet is due to arrive, along with a photo of your pets up to date vaccination record. Alternatively, the form can be filled in by hand and dropped off with your pet. However, emailing the photo of the vaccination card before arrival at the kennels is mandatory.
Please remember that our opening times for drop-off are between 9-10:30 a.m. and between 5-6 p.m. Where possible, we would advise new pets to be dropped off in the morning, preferably between 9:30-10:30 a.m, after the morning rush, giving the staff more time to settle them in. The morning drop-off allows your pet the entire day to settle in and get used to new surroundings. For the afternoon drop off we would advise a drop off close to 5 p.m., especially in the winter, again, giving the staff more time to settle them in and for pets to get their bearings.
Dog forms
For dogs, we require a New Dog form and a behavioural questionnaire to be completed. If you would like to bring your dogs own food, please fill in the feeding instructions form, and a medication form if your pet requires medication. This is vital to us, so that we know as much as possible about your dog, and so that food and medication is given exactly as required.
