To make a booking please email us by clicking on the following link info@hafodybryn.com. Emailing is the best way to contact us, or text us on 07436289630. If you would like to ring, you can try us on either 01492 532825 or 07436 289630. If you dont get an answer PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE and we will get back to you. Alternatively, if you would like to speak to someone, please email with your enquiry and your phone number, and ask someone to give you a callback.
If the booking is urgent, and outside of our office hours of 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, PLEASE EMAIL, as the emails are monitored in the house.

If you arrive outside of our opening times without prior arrangment it is likely that you will be asked to wait, or come back. We are following a strict schedule around these opening times, and often times it means that our dogs would have to be shut in, or fed later than normal, to accomadate early/late arrivals.

An email booking is nice and simple, just let us know:
- Name of Dog or Cat
- Breed [for a dog only]
- Your name
- Your contact telephone number
- Drop off date in the AM (9.00 till 10.30am) or PM (5.00 till 6.00pm)
- Collection date in the AM (9.00 till 10.30am) or PM (5.00 till 6.00pm)
- Medication information Please inform us of any medication requirements upon booking. 12 hour apart medication must be disclosed at time of booking. We do not accept diabetic pets.
We do get booked up during peak times very quickly. Bank holidays, school half terms, summer holidays and Christmas are often our busiest times of year, so we suggest booking in advance for these times. There may often be times when we can only offer drop off from the evening of certain days in busy periods, once boarders or daycares have gone home for that day.

Directions to us
From the West End in Colwyn Bay go up Kings Road and then continue right onto Pen-Y-Bryn Road, at the junction turn left onto Llanwrst Road, B5113, and Hafod-Y-Bryn can be found on the left after 1 mile, past the houses, and once you reach the open countryside.
If you are using Sat-Nav for LL28 5YS, continue after you are told that you have reached your destination for another ½ mile and our sign can be found on the left hand side. The postcode LL28 5YT is sometimes more accurate, bringing you to the top of our drive.
